Why are Body & Posture Assessments Important?

Your posture is a reflection of how your body interacts with the environment, from sitting at a desk to engaging in physical activities. Poor posture can lead to a myriad of issues, including musculoskeletal pain, decreased range of motion, and increased risk of injury. By conducting a thorough assessment, our skilled practitioners can pinpoint areas of imbalance or dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans to address them.
