Physiotherapy consists of hands on treatment and active strategies to help alleviate pain, improve range of motion and strength to return to normal function.

You do not need a prescription to be treated by our clinicians. Some private insurance companies do require a doctors note for physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy reimbursement. Don’t have one? Not to worry, we will arrange a virtual call with one of our  doctors to get one for you.

Yes, most insurance providers do allow for direct billing.

Typically, Physiotherapy sessions range from 30-45 mins.

Each patient injury and situation is different. Upon completion of the initial assessment our clinicians will likely give you a better idea of quantity of sessions to get you better.

Not necessarily. Our clinicians take a client centered approach to each case, provide exceptional and comfortable hands on treatments, and progress each patient through their care uniquely catered to them.

We understand things come up. However we require a minimum 24-hour notice of any changes. If it is under 24-hours we will process a cancellation fee.
