Ivan is a Registered Physiotherapist and a Canadian Certified Athletic Therapist. Ivan has completed his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology along with an Athletic Therapy Certificate at York University. He later completed his Master’s at the University of Birmingham in Physiotherapy in the UK.
He combines his Athletic Therapy and Physiotherapy skills to provide a holistic treatment approach to ensure he creates the ideal treatment plan to address the root of his clients’ problems. Ivan has worked in both a clinical and hospital setting treating clients from vast demographics ranging from professional athletes, office workers, and post-surgical populations.
In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, hiking, playing basketball, volleyball, and running.

Pooja is an up and coming physiotherapist with a wide skillset. She is great on hands-on manual treatment including mobilizations and soft tissue therapy.
She graduated from Physiotherapy school from Gujarat University in 2016. She is a great addition and valuable member of our team.
She is also experienced in implementing a corrective rehabilitation program that will get you out of pain and improve your overall health. She has extensive experience in clinical settings working with patients with a different backgrounds, injuries, and types of jobs.
Known for her empathetic client-centered way, Pooja builds long-lasting relationships with her patients. She tries her ultimate best to satisfy each and every patient.

Raphael graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2013 and from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2016.
His experiences exposed him to diverse clinical settings which ranged from private practice, sports clinics, and hospital care. These experiences taught him to successfully treat chronic/acute conditions which range from work-related to sport injuries to any musculoskeletal injury.
His treatment philosophy includes using manual therapy to restore joint mechanics followed by muscle retraining and motor control strategies to correct movement dysfunction.
Raphael provides individualized, one-on-one treatment and develops exercise programs geared toward the level and goals of the patient.
Paul graduated from York University in 2011 with an Honors Bachelors of Kinesiology and Health Sciences degree. During his university years Paul discovered his passion in helping others with physical impairment at which point he decided to further pursue education in physiotherapy.
Paul later graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2014 with a degree in physical therapy. Shortly after Paul moved to San Angelo, Texas where he began practicing and discovered his passion in manual therapy, spinal manipulation and dry needling.
Paul furthered his education with the American Academy of Manipulative therapy where he became certified in spinal manipulation and dry needling in 2015-2016. Paul is driven to see patients succeed in their personal goals, helping alleviate pain, and restore normal movement patterns.
Dr. Nick Monteiro began his academic journey at the University of Toronto, earning an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2018. Shortly after, he gained hands-on experience as a kinesiologist before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Nick has worked with a diverse range of patients, from athletes on the field to office workers dealing with chronic pain. His evidence-based, patient-centered approach goes beyond symptom relief, as he focuses on identifying the root cause of your concerns and collaborates with you to build a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.
Each session typically includes a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and patient education. Dr. Nick believes in empowering his patients with the knowledge and tools they need to stay healthy, move well, and live actively.
Y Nguyen a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who specializes in Swedish massage with a blend of relaxation and slow and deep pressure.
Her favourite part of being an RMT is seeingpatients leaving the room relaxed, happy, and feeling good.

and welcoming experience while tailoring each treatment to the patients’ unique needs.
As a dedicated and passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Talia is deeply committed to the well-being of her clients and strives to help each person feel better than when they arrived.
She use various different techniques such as on table stretches, trigger point release and joint mobilizations, while also staying true to the relaxation/deep tissues aspect of the massage to achieve optimal results catered to each clients needs. Client care is her number one priority to ensure you are comfortable and happy with and throughout your treatment.
Her practice is rooted in professionalism and care, and she is proud to be in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, upholding the highest standards of ethical and competent care.
Krishna is a very experienced physiotherapy assistant. She worked as a physiotherapist back home in India and is currently working on getting licensed in Ontario.
Her treatment techniques include soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point release, and more. She is trained in high end modalities including spinal decompression, knee decompression, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy.
She works extremely well to follow and progress through the treatment plans recommended by the registered physiotherapists. She will work endlessly to ensure that you are doing better.

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Julie is highly skilled in healthcare administration and practice support. She began her career in 2012 in an office-based setting, providing administrative support for home nursing services, where she built a strong foundation in patient coordination, documentation, and healthcare workflows.
Julie later transitioned into a clinic-based environment, working closely with healthcare professionals and patients in fast-paced medical settings. This experience strengthened her ability to manage scheduling, insurance documentation, patient communication, and day-to-day clinic operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Known for her reliability, organization, and patient-centered mindset, Julie values efficiency, confidentiality, and clear collaboration allowing providers to focus more fully on patient care.
Jude is an amazing asset to our clinic. She’s a super-efficient administrator who specializes in product or medical device claims.
She’ll take care of submitting all your insurance claims to save you the hassle. She can also help provide you with information about your insurance coverage and answer any of your questions. She’s very friendly and extremely easy to get along with. She speaks English and Arabic.
