Simran is a motivated physiotherapist with a passion for helping others! Her practice is based on a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to treatment in order to offer an exceptional patient experience.
She strives to aid others in reducing pain, increasing performance, and ensuring sustainable improvements.
On top of her regular physiotherapy license, she has certifications that allow her to perform more specialized treatment for pelvic health/pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Shehraj Sandhu completed his Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences at York University before pursuing his passion for physiotherapy. He earned a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in the United Kingdom.
He has experience working with a wide range of patient populations, including individuals recovering from workplace injuries, athletes, and those managing chronic or post-surgical conditions.
His treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Shehraj believes in empowering patients to understand their condition and to take an active role in their recovery.
He speaks fluent English and Punjabi.
Dr. Anri Bici completed his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at York University. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in 2016.
With over 8 years experience in the industry as a chiropractor, he has honed his skillset and is able to deliver exemplary assessments and treatments. His treatment skills include manual therapy, soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, spinal/joint manipulation, acupuncture, and functional rehabilitation.
He speaks English, Albanian, and Italian.
Paul graduated from York University in 2011 with an Honors Bachelors of Kinesiology and Health Sciences degree. During his university years Paul discovered his passion in helping others with physical impairment at which point he decided to further pursue education in physiotherapy.
Paul later graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2014 with a degree in physical therapy. Shortly after Paul moved to San Angelo, Texas where he began practicing and discovered his passion in manual therapy, spinal manipulation and dry needling.
Paul furthered his education with the American Academy of Manipulative therapy where he became certified in spinal manipulation and dry needling in 2015-2016. Paul is driven to see patients succeed in their personal goals, helping alleviate pain, and restore normal movement patterns.
Opinder is a talented Registered Massage Therapist who is motivated to provide excellent treatment. He graduated from York University to attain his Bachelor of Science (BSc). He then went to Humber College Institute of Technology to attain his RMT education. He treats a wide array of conditions and loves to help patients recover from their injuries. He has a particular interest in sport injuries as well. He speaks fluent English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Clinic Administrator
With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Julie is highly skilled in healthcare administration and practice support. She began her career in 2012 in an office-based setting, providing administrative support for home nursing services, where she built a strong foundation in patient coordination, documentation, and healthcare workflows.
Julie later transitioned into a clinic-based environment, working closely with healthcare professionals and patients in fast-paced medical settings. This experience strengthened her ability to manage scheduling, insurance documentation, patient communication, and day-to-day clinic operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Known for her reliability, organization, and patient-centered mindset, Julie values efficiency, confidentiality, and clear collaboration allowing providers to focus more fully on patient care.
Jude is an amazing asset to our clinic. She’s a super-efficient administrator who specializes in product or medical device claims.
She’ll take care of submitting all your insurance claims to save you the hassle. She can also help provide you with information about your insurance coverage and answer any of your questions. She’s very friendly and extremely easy to get along with. She speaks English and Arabic.
