Tennis Elbow

What is it?

Tennis Elbow is a painful condition whereby the tendons within your elbow become inflamed due to overuse. Most commonly the pain is located on the outside of the elbow, but can also travel up or down the arm.

This condition occurs with repetitive gripping, twisting and pulling motions such as in various sports, or jobs that are labor intensive.

If left untreated, tennis elbow can become chronic, resulting in constant pain and making recovery more difficult.
