What is it?

Low back pain, is pain located below the ribs and can travel as low as the tail bone. Almost everyone has low back pain at some point in life. Low back pain may range from a dull ache to a stabbing or shooting sensation down the legs. The pain may make it hard to move, sit for longer periods or stand up straight.
