Arthritis

What is it?

Arthritis is swelling and tenderness in one or more joints in the body. It often occurs when cartilage in these joints slowly degenerates over time, often due to poor movement patterns, overuse, and aging

It results in pain, joint stiffness, and swelling, making day to day activities such as walking, working with your hands, or bending your spine difficult.

If left untreated, arthritis will lead to ongoing degeneration of this cartilage which does not regenerate, resulting in more pain and difficulty moving.
